her lies could mean alot of thing, she's not happy with her choises are not sure how you would act knowing of the things she has done . There are something that she want's no one to know. Sometimes the past is better left in the past.

If she lies about one thing, what makes you think she won't lie about other things? Relationships need to be based on honesty. I'd seriously think about this one, if I were you.

why does she choose to lie about it?? does she think you will care and if you dont care why did you check it out????
tell her you know and tell her it does not matter and mean it ---- if you both care then you can work it out

Maybe she is ashamed of it.She might think you would judge her.
