start drinking more orange juice and eating more colorful fruits, berries, and brightly colored vegies that contain a lot of nutrients. they will help build your immunity back up and give you energy. and start slowly. since you have been ill, you need to cut back a little and build back to where you were before you got ill. start with 1/2 mile twice a day or a 1/4 of a mile twice a day. or walk 20 minutes twice a day. your body is still recovering from the illness; help it get healthy. eat a well balanced meal plan and stay active, and get plenty of sleep. in a few weeks, you will be good as new. good luck.

You probably didn't treat your flu correctly and didn't completely recover. See a doctor if you didn't. Drink plenty of fluids, eat well balanced meals and take vitamins, especially Vit C. and rest a few more days. Slowly start back to exercising regularly, try 1/2 mile at first, sounds like your body is not ready. You may have a touch of brohnical problems since you cough. You should see a doctor you might need an antibotic to get rid of the infection.

Drink plenty of water, give yourself a break, you will get back to yourself in a week or so. The flu can take alot out you and make you weak so, after having the flu , give yourself sometime before getting back into a exercise regime and coughing after you have walked a mile sounds like a clue that you need take it slow. You'll be back to your old self soon!

This will just take time. Your body needs time to recover and rebuild. Eat good, healthy food, take vitamins, drink plenty of water and exersize within reason but don't beat yourself up. Sometimes it can take a really long time. I had a horrible virus once that kept me down for about three weeks, then it was six months before I felt 100% again. Hopefully it won't take that long for you, but don't be surprised if it takes 4-6 weeks to feel completely yourself again, especially if you are very active.

It is all about diet. You should eat more raw fruits and vegetables. Raw Nuts can also be a good source of protein and doesn't not contain the decaying matter that cooked food, especially meat, contain. The longer your food stays in your system the more energy it can take to try and digest this food.
Eat light. Eat natural.

It take time to completely recover. Take it easy - a mile is too long for recovery from a flu. Also, do go see doctor for the best recovery regimen.

it takes time if u just recoverd from the flu. i would recommend drinking alot of water, eating fruits with alot of vitamin c, and excercise gradually. maybe twenty crunchs, fifteen pushups one day, and then increase by five of those every day.
