I start school soon and I'm trying to get a good workout schedule. Lately, since it's been break I've been running every night at around 7:00, but I don't know if I can do that anymore since school is starting up again. So I'm just wondering if any of those times is better than the other, working out at 3:30 or at 7:00..thanks.

times are close that would be up to you and your time schedule. Seems like 3:30pm would be most appropriate.

It's probably better to work out at 3:30 rather than at 7:00. If you work out to close to your bedtime it may interupt your sleep pattern, but if you work out well before you bedtime it will help you sleep better. I hope it works out for you. Happy New Year.

it doesn't matter as long as you are working out at the same time every day. you can switch it every now and then to shock your body. i find that exercising 30 minutes before work and 60 minutes after work helps to keep me fit and energized. i sleep better and i feel better with more exercise. i exercise before breakfast and after dinner to keep my metabolism revving. do what is convenient and practical for your schedule and lifestyle. good luck.

3:30p exercising will give you enough "cool down" relax time so you can sleep at night
