Ask him to hang out. Get to know him on a friend level first. Flirt, and if he flirts back tell him how you're feeling. It takes time to develop a relationship. Take things slow.

Simply ask him if he want to go and do something, most anything. See his reaction. Non dates are a good way of testing the waters. This will safely let him know you want more, then the ball is in his court.
Or you can can get Jenny to ask Billy to ask him if he likes you or pass a note in class.
Naw! I think the non date thing works better.

Well. I would just feel it out.. Wait because they do drop little signs here and there. Like if they call you and talk alot, hugs, romantic stuff. Can be a sign of liking you, but don't confuse it with being just friends. Signs that hes allways too busy, real short, and things in that matter can be that he doesnt. Its all in being able to read a man.

This might be a little blunt but if a guy liked you you would know it. Guys usually don't play games. If you have to talk him into it or guess if he likes you he probably doesn't.

Does he hang around you a lot and pay attention to you?
If so then there's a chance he likes you.
If he doesn't really acknowledge you, he either doesn't like you or doesn't have the guts to admit it. If he doesn't have the guts to admit it then I say forget him!

talk casually and flirt! but if he gets flirty, then don't flirt back! you want him to be drawn to you like a fly and one of those flourescent bug killler thingies.
