Is it true hair fall out more at winter than summer?

So how long will it take for my hair to grow back to normal length?It grow the same speed like it is before?

yeah, cuz ur hair gets dried up during the winter, but in summer its nourished by heat and humidity.

ya because during the winter it's dryer and because all the humidity in the air is gone so it affects your skin and your hair as well
