Tell him. If he thinks you're just friends, that's all he'll ever think unless you change the dynamics of the friendship. It may already be too late. He could see you as sorta like a sister now.

If he flirts with you and treats you different than he does anyone else then he likes you and if you see these signs go for it and tell him or maybe hes shy and if you tell him it'll make a world of difference its up to how strongly you like him and how badly you want him.

please take some advice don't tell him how you feel, cause once you do he will use it against you. you stay in the silence mode and never let your guard down. they will use you if you don't watch out
