Adam was created first then eve. Most people who say it is fairy tales have never read the bible and are unable to see the truth of the bible because they believe in the fairytale THEORY of evolution which was dreamed up less than 200 years ago but has been advocated in schools since the 1910's. in a savage and ruthless cruel world the survival of the fittest is logical but only humans are capable of such savage tratment of their own kind on such a large scale. Come lord jesus. Amen. Come.

Yes i do believe in this statement
and for the person called Aase Lovejazz
who says that she believes in evolution (Darvon's Theory), she thinks shes come from a monkey.
OK OK OK If you think that every person has evolved from a monkey to a human, and evaluation did take place, Then;
WHY ARE THERE STILL MONKEYS

Not at all. Humanity cannot come into existence just 6000 years ago. That is only a parable instructing us about detachment.
If we ourselves study the Holy Books, we will realize what are historical facts and what are moral stories.
This is the age of human maturity, all men can read the Holy Books on the Internet without depending on men's interpretations.

Maybe they were the first, but I doubt they were the only. I mean the bible isn't believeable when it explains different races and languages. Besides there would have been a lot if retardation due to incest and I don't ever remember reading about that in the bible.

I don't know if the story of Adam and Eve was literal or symbolic nor do I know if they were the first people on earth. If they were, they were not as we are since they seemed to have a lot of power and capabilities until the fall.

Yes. well, there are other myths as the other answerer said but all of those stemmed from one truth, Adam and Eve...same with the story of the flood, most cultures have a version of the great flood even if they speak different languages. It is because before men started speaking different languages they were building the tower of Babel and has a common toungue. Although they scattered because of misunderstanding in language the facts about creation and ancestry stories remained.
