Then its time to kiss our azz'z good bye. If he is god then he would stop them from destroying the world. Then he would take his sweet time and do it himself the right way.

No, matter in fact he uses this in the book of revelation. He does this because he is trying to get the world to a point of need for hope, then he will truely show everyone where hope and love comes from, that is God. God is not a bully he is just a father, a father who punishes his children when needed.
The red horse of the apocalypse in the book of revelation, or should I say the horses 1-4 are nuclear war related. A dictactor will start it, a false "role model or Messiah" and in the end only 1/4 of earth will die, not every one will die. God will use this to try to spank the world into its old place so that people will know he exists.
these are the four judgements after the dissapearances of gods people.
1. Antichrist( false leader of peace)
2. Nuclear war
3. Great world depression
4. 1/4 of world dies from hunger, blast waves and radiation.
God is not a medium but instead made this plan long ago, it is not a vision of the future but is the plan from a God who ultimately wants to save you by getting your attention, if you are a christian you will go up in the clouds during the rapture.

No. He would have to allow it. He is upholding all things by the power of His word.
I know some people who feel that the Apocryphal scriptures describe a nuclear conflagration.

I don't think He would let that happen, but if it did and everyone died, He would probably be sad. But He would probably just move on to resurrect everyone for the judgement.
