Count your blessings sweetie. I have Triple-D's and would happily exchange them for something a bit more conservative, even if it were down to a B; I was hoping to get a reduction, but my insurance won't pay a nickle until I lose more weight. Just thank heaven you don't have that one more reason (actually 2) for back pain. The key to more attractive breasts isn't size, but shapeliness and firmness. Just remember that next time you pass a large woman on the street - I'm betting that you'd never seriously consider swapping bust-lines with her. Putting that aside, there are no medicines or exercises for larger breasts - that's just modern-day snake-oil. Short of implants, you're stuck with what you've got.

Well now there is maybe a small problem. That is that while your chest has muscles, your boobs (which sound pretty nice to me) have NO muscles. Not even one little muscle. You MIGHT get them to look a tad smaller if you took care not to develop your pecs, which are the muscles behind but not part of your boobs. Not a Dr here, and would advise you to ask a Dr. - a real honest to God Dr. - for advice.

This is a first! Everybody always wants just the opposite.
I know of no such exercise to reduce the size of breasts. If you lose weight, they will shrink a tiny bit, but that's it. You should try the reduction bras. Check figleaves.com or LaneBryantcatalog.com. Maybe even Victoria's Secret.

You really can't reduce the size of your boobs without surgery although if you jog a half mile to a mile a day, 4 times a week you will lose weight and some of i will come from your upper body and your boobs.

If you lose weight you probably would get some "small amount" reduction (which by the way you can get even through surgery, a good surgeon will work to do what you want him to do!).
Probably if you lose weight you'll lose enough skin fat to be the small reduction you're after.

I know of NO way to reduce the size. You will lose a little if you lose weight, but if after you get to your ideal weight and they are still too big for your liking, the only way is a breast reduction.

Losing a little bit of weight will help but not much.
Surgery would be the only way to go.

Sorry dear, but there are no exercizes that will make your chest smaller. But there are support bras that are called "minimizers"
they do sopport in a way that visually makes you appear slightly smaller.

pushups, bench press, and starting with your arms straight out in front of you and bringing them back to behind you while tightening the muscles in your boobs.

Breast tissue is mainly comprised of body fat so if you lose weight, it's inevitable that your breasts will get smaller.
