Using a condom is most deffinitely not dangerous.
If he's worried about the condom breaking, then trying another method of birth control along with the condom.
They'd all be in your local drugstore and there are several to choose from.

If you've already had sex and you want to use a condom for protection and your boyfriend is telling you that using condoms are dangerous?
He's an asshole. Get a new boyfriend.

Using a condom for the first time is the best thing you can doand for a couple of reasons.

- You’re going to be tight and the guy may not be able to handle it so he won’t last long.
-A condom protects you from getting pregnant Yes, you can get pregnant the first time, second time and every time after.
-A condom also protects you from STD. Sexually transmitted disease.
-It will also provide lubricant. Being your first time you’re going to need it.
-There is nothing dangerous about using a condom. Unless you’re allergic to rubber and latex

So if he still refuses to use a condom you shuold think twice about doing anything with him. The only time a guy shouldn’t be using a condom is when you want to get pregnant and I don’t think you want that. Remember, guys will lie to you to get you into bed!! Being your first time make sure he is the right guy... since he doesn't want to use a condom.. you might want to look else where.

NO! It definatly is not dangerous. Blokes never want to wear them and will come up with any excuse possible. I'm sure your boy is great but he is only trying to get the responsibilty of contraception shifted to you. Please sit down with him and discuss all contraception methods. There are many places that you can get information on the different methods such as Community Health centres (they are good if you are a little embarassed to talk about it).
Don't fall for his lack of responsibilty, it's a two person decision and if you arn't happy or feel uncomfortable then discuss it further before you commit to anything.
Good Luck

Failure rate with use of a condom can be as high as 15% according to consumer reports! And that is based on pregnancies only, that does not account for diseases caught.

The window of opportunity for pregnancy is far less than the window of opportunity for disease.

Condoms are not safe and you can get pregnant or worse. I have known of many people who have experienced condom failures, Myself included.

Failure rate (pregnancies per 100 users per year) 2% if used perfectly; 15% if used typically.

HPV or "genital warts" infections are common in teens and young adults. As many as 1 in 2 people can have them. The more sexual partners someone has, the more likely it is that the person will get an HPV infection.

Keep your legs crossed!

No, Using a condom for your first time is not dangerous. You are practising safe sex which is not something that most people take very seriously. It is your responsibility to decide to do what you think is best but using a condom with help to protect you from pregnancy and STD's. Most men don't like to use condoms but if he really loves you he will respect your wishes and wear a condom.

No!
It is a great idea!
Honestly though hun I would recommend going on birth control, and also make sure he is buying birth control and taking it, if you two don't want to use condoms.

You might try taking the day-after pill, if you can.

But I still highly recommend the birth control, and until you get it, be sure to use condoms! in case of it breaking while your getting busy, double wrap it! It might not be all that great for him, but at least you know you are not as likely to get pregnant!

1.Not using a condom could result in pregnancy or an STD like HPV, herpes, HIV, etc.
2.or not using a condom for him would be feeling more pleasure, which is more dangerous to you?

Don't let him fool you into anything. Don't let him tell you if he pulls out in time, you won't get pregnant either, my sister has a 9 year old girl because of that statement. Their is a pre-ejaculatory stuff before the real stuff that contains sperm too.
Most guys will tell you things like that to get what they want for sexual pleasure. Please do not let anyone pressure you into anything you are really not ready to do. It is your life too.

It's more dangerous not to use a condom. As long as you use it correctly, that is. Don't double it. Don't use old ones or ones that have too much wear and tear. And be sure you know how to put it on right.

If you're both still worried, all that's left is birth control. Or Spermicide.

Good luck.

Good for you that you want to use a condom. However I think you are using it with the wrong person. Why does he think it is dangerous. Yes, you can still get pregnant, and get an STD, but it is better then nothing.

NO!!!!

There is a very small chance someone could have an allergic reaction to one... but that wouldn't be that big of a deal.

The dangers of not using a condom are far greater!

My guess is that you're boy is just saying this so he doesn't have to wear one! Don't let him get away with it.
