Satan's ploy to get Adam and Eve to rebel against God included alleging that they would be better off ruling themselves instead of living under God's rulership. What Satan didn't tell them is that they wouldn't actually be ruling themselves because they would be falling under his influence. As the Bible shows, Satan is controlling the world right now. This is Scripturally based in Matthew when Satan brought Jesus to a high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the earth and then offered them to him if he would fall down and do one act of worship to him. Jesus didn't dispute that Satan could have given them to him. What Satan was playing on was the human trait of wanting instant gratification. Jesus knew he would be the king of God's kingdom at some point in the future anyway, so all things,including the kingdoms, would become subject to him at God's appointed time. (Hebrews 2:8) The Scriptures say that Christ would rule as king of God's kingdom for 1000 years during which time humans would be brought back to perfection. (Rev. 20:6) After that period, the kingdom would be handed over to God so that God could then be all things to all. (1 Cor. 15:28)

well physically humans do, satan controls the humans hearts naturally. but wait you say, and I say wait also. What you don't know is that Jesus is a restrainer. He is the one that keeps satan from coming to your front door and saying "Your going to hell." God Is over the world and always will be. Satan makes you believe he is in control, but if you really take a look and open your eyes to the light of God you will see a world of zombies that have fallen for this age long lie.

In Genesis 1 it says God created us to rule over the earth and all its creatures, but it is God's world and he can control it.

GOD controls the world... he is the one that keeps it spinning on its axis just right... if we were any closer to the sun, we would fry up cause of the heat, and if we were any farther away from the sun, we would freeze to death...
