Yes just enter Surrealist painters in your google search, also enter Dada movement which is where many of the Surrealists artists got their start. You also might want to go to your local library and check out some books on the subject, that way you can look at the detail and work of many of these fine artists at your leisure, and not only look at the work, but why these artists painted what they did, and how it involved Freud, and the period of time these artists were painting in.
Other searches: Man Ray, Rene Magritte, De Chirico, Dali, etc.

If you just want to look at surreal paintings, I'd recommend my favorite way - just type "surrealism" into your Yahoo! search engine, then click on "images."

You'll have a full array of surreal paintings right there at your fingertips :)
