I don't have a lot of time in a day for excercise. I work and take care of a relative with terminal cancer. Then I also try to have a home life. I only need to loose about 10 or 15 pounds but I want to do it now. Obesity runs in my family and I can't afford to think a few extra pounds are acceptable. Because that's where obesity starts. I don't want supplements like "Relacore" I want excercise and I already have a sensible diet. I need ab and thigh work. I have gained 2 sizes in about 4 months. Help! When I say short amount of time I really mean that. I can only get in about 15 minutes in the morning. Anything longer and I will give it up because right now my schedule is so pressed and I want to fit it into my mornings. Thanks.

My husband has a very hectic lifestyle. If he doesn't take time to exercise he begins to put on weight. What we did was invest in a stationary exercise bike. Every day he spends about 20min on there, this works out to be about 7-10km. He has also stopped having potato in an evening meal. Just these two simple things has helped him keep a constant healthier weight. Hope this helps you out!

Short workouts don't work... they need to be kept going for at least 20 minutes, usually 30 (depending on which ones you use).

If you really want to work at losing weight you need to find some time for yourself.

Tybo excersizes really get you working, it is a video. I wouldn't get a treadmill because,well, lets just say bad things will happen to you.
