So i finally got the call i was waiting for, i met this guy like a month ago in a bar and yesterday he called (thank God he found a friend of mine and asked my number, he lost it when we met lol). Now he tells me he's really interested in me and wants to go out with me someday, i told him that we should do somehting sometime. He told me that he was going to call me then (i hope he does!!!) but if he does, i really dont want to blew it, any good tips? How can i let him know im interested too without being too straight forward with him? Thanks.

clearly he likes you. he found your friend and then had the balls to ask for your number and then he actually called... he already asked you out so now the ball is in your court. get in touch with him somehow to set a date so he knows your really interested. if you wait too long he could lose interest, we all know what short attention spans boys have, lol.

I don't think that you can be too straight forward with someone. Just let him start off the conversation so that you don't put your foot in your mouth. Find out all the things that he does and doesn't like and then instead of telling him what you like, tell him what you don't like and let him figure out what you do like. If you tell him everything you like, then he's going to do it for the first couple months and then quit because he knows he has you. So if he doesn't it may last longer because he'll want to keep you.

You should have suggested a time for the date on the on the last phone call. If might seem to forward but it would be clear to him that you want to go out. By saying yes we should go out sometime he might be left thinking you were just being nice. If you really want to go after it, use your caller ID and call back in a few days, or text him a note that says call me sometime about that date
