Many adults use it, claiming the adult dose is too strong or whatever...but even before that, its standard warnings and liability issues that get printed on every label for every medication darn near.
Sounds silly though doesnt it?

Of course...have you seen the toys these days? Bob the Builder workshop with working jigsaw and such! Everything is battery operated, or ride on jeeps, ATV..etc...so perhaps not so silly these days ;) lol

Some idiot adult junkie might use Children's Tylenol to get high and might try to do stupid stuff while high, like get on forklifts. Tylenol doesn't want to go to court, so they put the warning on, even though adult junkies won't look at it. The warning is not necessarily meant for the children.

You know, I really don't know. It might be the same reason why they put "Warning: Contents Hot" on coffee cups. To cover their rears in case of a lawsuit or something.

But also, my grandmother get really nauseous when she takes the adult Tylenol so she takes Children's. So, adults, who can operate heavy machinery, must be warned not to when they take Children's Tylenol.

I have Children's Tylenol here and it doesn't say that. Perhaps you have Children's Tylenol Cold? Which contains an antihistamine which causes drowsiness. We wouldn't want any kid driving his minibike or mowing the lawn while drowsy!
