Hi,
The personality will over ride looks every time, unless the guy is just looking for a one night stand.
There is nothing wrong with that girl that a little make over couldn't fix and I am a guy, but I don't see any makeup and her hair looks like maybe you could find a few mice hiding in there.
Just kidding, but I see a diamond in the rough and her stance tells me she is a little lacking in the self confidence area.
All fixable things, that is if she want to do any fixing.

if you had a gorgeous personality, you would not be asking this question. you can't change the way you look, but you can change the way you feel about yourself. you are much too self absorbed for people to be able to really like you. i'd change that first. and by the way, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. somebody out there is bound to find you very attractive. but he'll need a reason to love you!

i'm not a guy but i'm going to answer anyway. while personality has a whole lot to do with a person... especially when you're looking for someone to have a relationship with, you have to spend time making yourself look presentable.(especially if this girl is looking for a relationship) go to a hair salon... darken up that hair a little bit, add some highlights to brighten up her face and bring out her eyes. SMILE! use a little lip gloss and mascara if she's not's into all that make-up... and get clothes that fit her shape nicely... something that will show off her figure and not cover it up.

I didn't go to the link because I want to tell you straight up front. What girls and guys think and like about a girls looks and personality are completely and totally worlds apart. And, she could be the hottest chick on the planet, but if she's a world class snobbish, controlling psycho *****, who cares?

Appearance DOES matter to everybody, just on different scales to each individual. I didn't look at your picture because it wasn't an honest question... it is YOU (your screen name gives it away) and nobody with a gorgeous personality would say that to describe herself.
