it's a new year and I hope she forgiven me for not talking to her for a while (I was depressed and we arent friends or anything). Will this line work: Will you marry me? (her reaction fill it in for me) Then I ask can i have your number? (her reaction filled in). Will this work and make her forgive me?

Well, don't ask her to marry you that will freak her out! Just be truthful and tell her why you didn;t talk to her for awhile!

Wait!!! You're getting ahead of yourself. Just hold on now. You don't ask a woman to marry you before you ask her for her number! She's going to think you are absolutely bonkers! You just ask her out on a date, to a quiet, casual dinner first perhaps. Just remember, go a little at a time, or you will scare her off for sure. If you throw such a bold question out of the blue at her, she will get angry that you are disrespecting her in that manner and run away from you. Women like relationships, not one night stands. That's not what you want, right? First and foremost, you have to establish a friendship again with this girl. The rest can come or grow from there. Just don't be impatient and throw your chance away. If she does agree to meet you for a date, I strongly suggest you take her flowers too. You obviously care about this girl, so I hope this advice works out for you. Good luck!

right now your in a tough position... this is when everything starts to become very awkward between you two... i think its just gonna get worse, like the silence will go on and the frustration will build up for both of you... i think the only thing to do now is force yourself to talk to her as soon as possible before it gets worse

Asking her to marry you, will freak her out, even if you are just kidding or seriouse. Start by showing her you are honest.
