If you mean you kept it for 30 years, then it is worth nothing. Once in the bottle, the whiskey does not improve. In fact, over time, it will progressively become worse.
However, if you mean that it is stated on the label that the whiskey has been aged for 30 years in the barrel, then it is worth something.

More of a collectors item...try Ebay. (They don't allow alcohol to be sold - so sell as bottle only - but unopened)
Whisky, unlike wines does not continue to 'improve' after it's been bottled.
eg. a 12year malt will always remain a 12 year malt regardless of how long it's been bottled. It's the time in the cask that counts & makes it valuable.

I had some very old champagne, but it had gone off
Good luck
Ypu could ask at an auction house. The old ceramic Bell's whisky bottles are sought after

Mmmmmm....
By now it should be well worth sipping, nicely aged and smooth. Assuming it hasn't been opened and gone bad, that is.
