It could be a bug bite. Wash with warm water and soap to remove oil & dirt. Hold a warm wet cloth on it for 20 minutes. Then apply tinted Clearasil. If it gets worse, have a nurse look at it.

If you have any hydrocortisone cream you can put that on it and itll go away quite fast.
