Hard on the digestive track. Your body will not extract the nutrients found in the food. Cook foods properly. Eat fruits BEFORE a meal. Maintain the 'flora' in your upper intestinal track on regular basis.

Nothing will happen to you. Its something thats undercooked that will harm you. Have no fear. I slightly overcook EVERYTHING i eat on purpose. My x-girlfriend poisoned me with undercooked meals 2 times the bi**h. ;-(

I can't think of anything that would harm you unless it's something charred on the grill. Then you wouldn't want to eat all that burnt carbon.

Ummm.....depending on what it is, it will be either kinda burnt or too mush, but as for it having a bad effect on you, no. It's okay.
