Before I begin my new year's diet, it would be good to finally know what the ideal weight for my individualy body is. I'm near Richmond, Virginia if anyone knows of a specific business, otherwise I'm just looking for examples to get me started in my search.

Curves for Women have a free body analysis, they measure your arms, legs, waist, they get your height and weight, and they will tell you what you need to work on, how to work on it. But if you don't have a Curves for Women where you live, go to any fitness gym or YMCA and they might be able to help you!!!

You could get a BIA to start with. This kind of scales are easy to find, not excessively expensive and pretty reliable IF you always use them under the same condition (I took my weight and body composition analysis every friday at 4 pm, after a stop to the bathroom).

Reliability per se is more important than the absolute values you might get.

A gym and a personal trainer or actually a nutrientist would be better.
