I've had limited Spanish education so I just wanted to check with you all. THanks.

"Amo los cielos azules."


This is saying "I love blue skies"... plural form.
The second answer is in singular form.

The first answer isn't correct. "Sky" is not the spanish word for "Sky"...... lol.

Me encanta el cielo azul.

In Spanish, it would sound weird to say "los cielos azules" for this sentence.

Literally you would say: "Yo amo los cielos azules". But there are many ways to express the same thing; for example: "Me gusta el cielo azul; Amo el cielo azul; Me encanta el azul del cielo; Me agrada el cielo azul".
