Everytime I bake my cake, it turns out uneven with a big "bump" or dome shape on it. Please give me tips how I can make my cake flat so it is easier to stack when I make it more than one layer! THANKS and have a happy new year!

Besides trimming it? Because when I frost it, the crumbs get mixed with the frosting, which doesnt look good.

Many ways.
You can buy these wrap things that are kinda like the material for pot holders that wrap around the edge of the pan while the cake cooks and somehow evens the heat distribution or something to keep the cake level.
You can flip it over while it's still a bit warm and usually it will sit level.
Or you can wait until it cools, remove it from the pan and cut the top off to make it level.

Make sure that your pans are well greased and floured, or you could use parchment to line the pan with, this might help reduce the bump, I also rotate cake layers half way through cooking time.
Remove layers from pans 10 minutes after cooking.
Trim cake layers (cut the hump off) and when assembling make sure flat side is down on the bottom and up on the top layer.

Your oven or oven racks may be uneven. If possible try leveling the stove. If that doesn't help, then when the cakes have been removed from the pans, before you frost them, take a serrated knife and trim the tops of the cakes till they are even. Many professional decorators do this.

Use a long bread knife to cut the excess off the top. That's what the professionals do. I used to be a baker.
Some people say to bang the pan a few times to make the air escape, but that creates a denser cake. You want the air in there. That's what makes it light and airy.

Magi cake strips! These things are easy and work extremely well - every cake I've made with them has been perfectly flat.
I got mine at Sur La Table but here's a link to find them online.
