stop touching it for one.. keep it clean .. for the future, get Burt's Bees blemish stick.. i had a pimple the other night and dabbed some of that on it and in the morning it wasn't red and it wasn't swollen at all

Apply zit cream with tint. It works to help heal and covers it a little more than just leave it exposed. You can buy it in drug store.
