dude... cats are evil. Like, even people who love cats gotta admit that the cats hate humans.
Dogs are dumber, and they need someone to tell them what to do typically, so yeah, dogs are more loyal.

Both dogs and cats are loyal! They say that a dog is mans best friend while a cat is ladies best friend. Both cats and dogs bond with their humans. Both are loyal. both are great pets.Don't listen to those cat haters they don't know what they are talking about.

Cats are more loyal because they have great minds are can decide when to be loyal. Dogs will do anyting to be loved and there is a lot of difference between loving and loyality.

ok cats are alot more loyal then dogs once you bond with them. cats are more inteligent and will tend to remember what you like and dislike about them. i think of cats as animals with their own personalities dogs or more like trainefd robots. cats are soo loving and will always love you and never attack you. besides at nite time would you rather cuddle with a cat or a dog? my cat is the best. she is always making me laugh and she does it on purpose just so i laugh. my dog on the other hand only wants me to play with her constantly and wont leave me alone and when i call my dog she never comes but my cat does. so in my opinion cats are more loyal! lol!
oh and srry if i went a little off topic. i do that some times! lol! hope i helped you!!! =]

In my opinion cats are more independent (all you have to do is feed, board, and occasionally play with them) my cat usually comes back home which is loyal...I guess. But dogs are more work you have to feed, walk, "board", play with everyday, and in return they seem like a more loyal pets that don't leave you everyday and don't lash out at you when their in cat-mode.

Dogs are more loyal and more affectionate... Cats are more likely to be loners and just lay around all day. That doesn't mean they are not good pets, but if you are looking for loyal, definitely go w/ the dog
