Depends upon how big the pieces are. Set your oven to 200 f., spread the crumbs onto a baking sheet and pop them into the oven. Check them every 5 minutes or so, stir them around and just stay with it until they've reached the level of dryness that you're looking for. It won't take all that long.

When the smoke detector gos off you are done,... really not long crumbs are smaller than cubes, set oven at about or do it stove top, spray with Pam, and stir every three- four minutes. Stove top spray with Pam add bread, and stir every few minutes.
