Seriously, just do it. The guy will likely be very relieved as most of the time men are expected to make the first move. It is very tough to make that move sometimes. You will then see what it is like to have to do so.

Compliment his shirt. Say something like, I like your shirt. If he gets an attitude with you and makes fun of you (showing off in front of his friends) Then you come back with......I have that same shirt....Are those womens jeans too?
If he smiles and acts like a gentleman, he will come and find you. You just pass by like the shooting star that you are. Good Luck
