The files seem to be in a proprietary format called SEIG.

that's a program... not a format... right? sound files are typically .aiff, .au .wav .snd

they may have to be converted using the old program to one of the standard formats.

UPDATE:
I downloaded it (for you) tried to install and the installer only runs in classic... which I don't use. there is no native os x app for it.
