yes, you can assume that.
Additional: Does that make a difference? No. However, apparently you want it to. No matter how many times this happens to women, they fall for it every time. I'm not saying he's going to force you or anything like that, but IF you accept the invitation, he will be expecting sex at some time during the visit. That's the plan. If he doesn't get sex, he will be one angry dude and you two will no longer be on friendly terms. That's the way it works.

A lot of guys, especially young ones, aren't going to pass up the opportunity for sex (or try for it) with a woman they find attractive, an invite to visit/meet isn't always only about sex. Since you have made clear to him your view on the issue, and he's asked you to visit anyway, it would be safe to assume that he'd like to meet you even if the chance of sex is slim to none.

i would think that it is possible for him to just want your company for spring break. you two would have to be close or have some sort of friendship if he asked you in the first place right? so with that would come some sort of respect for you and your feelings, including where you stand on sex. it is probabbly possible that he's attracted to you and just wants to spend more time with you too i suppose, but thats how friendships grow. ultimatly i'd only go with him if you are comfortable enough to do so. if you really think that he's going to pressure you for sex the whole time then politely tell him that you can't go. otherwise my bet is that it's probably safe to go as friends. not every man is out for sex, even though it seems that way.

Well of course you have every right to assume so. I would call him and just out right ask him about what his stand on sex is. If he's not just go to spring break. And if he asks you to do it you can always say no. I hoped this helped you !

Yes but he is hoping he can BOOZE you up and have you sleep with him so be wary of the invite bring some friends and stay in separate rooms that should give him the hint enough to stay away from you and have him sleep with someone else

be aware and asume all possibilities but remember there are still a lot of people that just want to be friendly and you should know your principles and hold to them and know when to walk away from unwanted situations . and if he or she does not respect your ways in certain things in the start then you need to walkout of that persons way and not get to involved

it depends on the guy. i mean maybe they just want to see you or just to hang out n have a few drinks.. but he might be 1 of those guys that will keep trying to seduce you and when it comes to the drinks he slips something in there and you wake up wondering what happend... i guess just be careful if you go to see him
