you just do what you are doing ... and it should progress naturally
but you can find psychic development groups ... perhaps they run some near you
i would ask at a spritualist church if they know of any
and they would also have a mediumship development group in the church also if you ever wished to go into that kind of development
but keep going .... sounds like you are doing great so far anyway xx

Psychic abilities can be nurtured and trained to work, as you wish them to work. There are ways to bring out the very best of your strengths and doing it alone is dificult. Most give up.
Contact your nearest resource (stay away from the federal governments. those that believe you will use you up)
If you wish to have support in your learning, you must find those that believe in you.
I teach every saturday night in my temple and some rather amazing things happen. Try to find a Wiccan Priestess or Tianic Priestess or Priest. They will help you nurture and train your psychic abilities.

Do a web search for Liber MMM--it's available in .pdf on a few sites for free. Though it's actually intended for serious students of magic, it's got a number of exercises that are very good for increasing such things--simple stuff like being able to hold a shape in your mind for an extended period of time and so on. Good mental exercises.

read a sylvia browne book. I don't think you are crazy, my 4 year old does these things/ example: he out of the blue starts talking about snakes for a couple weeks and then i found one in my house. then he asked my everyday for three days if we had a flat tire and my friend had one on the 4th day at my house. he also talks of a man in our house.
