no sounds like your very skinny. thats average for a girl of that age. you should be a cheerleader. and get thrown in the air.

At 13 years old, your body hasn't even thought about all the growing it is still planning on doing. Any chart would only be able to give you averages. And BMI is an ineffective guage as it only applies to adult men and women. As difficult as it will be to do, relax. Eat healthy. Lead an active lifestyle. And don't worry about being skinny or fat. Worry about being healthy. If you are healthy, skinny and fat take care of themselves.

Side note: BMI or Body Mass Index is a simple ratio of weight to height. However, since muscle and fat have different densities, and since muscle by volume has a higher mass, your body could consist of healthy muscle and still have a high BMI. Professional athletes are often used as the example for this. Shaquille O'Neil and Donovan McNabb are both considered obese according to the BMI. Terrell Owens and Reggie Bush are both considered overweight. It can be a good first step to determining health, but it should not be the determining factor.

To answer your question: No, you aren't fat. Actually, according to charts in the doctor's office, you are underweight. If you are dieting, I would stop now.

Well, my 7 year old boy weighs more than you! So I'd say you're skinny! Don't worry, you still have a lot of growing to do. Learn to eat healthy and be active!

Depends on how old you are I guess. If your in your mid teens or up you shouldn't even have to ask that question. You should know your normal weight for your height.

You insert your height wieght and gender.
It will tell you what range you are in.
