an avocado is a fruit with a dark green skin and a light green flesh there is one big seed inside it.. guacamole is a dip made from mashed avocados, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, lime juice, herbs..

Guacamole is avocado and spices mixed to make a dip. A avocado is just a vegitable thats high in good fat, but has a bad rep because of that. But there isn't much of a difference. Guacamole is made with avocadoes.

Avocado, fruit or veggie ?? But the guacamole is the good stuff you make out of the avocado, mash it and add some other great things and get the chips out and good beer !! Do not forget the limes!! Google it and you will find some mouth watering recipes !!
