Depends on the phone company. Vonage shows all calls made. I believe most show all calls. If you're worried about the number showing up on a bill-go to a pay phone. There are still some of those around...

My phone bill never shows any numbers; but its connected to my cable/internet bill.

It depends on the company; it could possibly show...if your normal phone bills show your outgoing/incoming calls on every bill.

If it's a cell phone; it is more likely to show up. (Mine does)

Depends if you have signed up for a detailed bill or just a short one. All calls can be shown onh a bill if you request it, or if the phone provider chooses to show your bill that way.
