Why can women walk around in a bikini and that's OK but walk around in a bra and under ware and it's indecent exposure? Most of the time bikini's cover LESS. But I see your point.

Stupid overly conservative (IMHO) American laws are to blame. Basically we, as a society, have turned breasts into sex objects and the our politicians have done their part to iradicate them from the earth! :) You're right, there is no difference between a woman's breast/nipple and a man's, other than the practical use of a woman's (breastfeeding), so the laws are a double standard.
I live in a state where it is legal for women to go topless in any public place that a man can (although I've yet to see any women do it except on a nude beach). Our law is, unfortunately, the exception, not the rule. At the federal level, agencies like the FCC still prohibit airing such "rubbish" on TV, despite what our local laws allow (remember the Super Bowl a couple years ago?).
Even breastfeeding moms are often criticised for doing it in public. Now tell me, is there anything sexual about breastfeeding? Give me a break.

It's just what our society has gotten into and how we have taken things now-a-days. Female breasts are considered private by our society and are considered obsene to reveal on public TV.
Male breast is naturally just like any other part of the body, and so forth, we can be topless.
I know I have thought of this, that would be nice if women could walk around barechested at the beach exposing their breasts with no one making any commentary, or even totally nude, same with men, just to be more comfortable, without people attracting so much attention.
It would be like a man walking naked at the beach, and that's why it is censored.
Sad thing, I know, what the world has gotten into. If the world was perfect we'd all be walking around nude and everyone would act just like as if we had clothes on.
I don't blame you for sticking up for your rights either, I mean it's just something God created. But our society has gotten into something called the 21st century.

I was watching a film about gays once, well not actually watching but it was on TV and I was doing some stuff glancing at the screen every now and then,my mother walked in at the scene where 2 men were TALKING in bed,and she goes 'Eww,turn it off,we're not gonna watch these fa****s',I asked her if it'd be (more) acceptable if they were two women, she said "Yeah, probably",I told her she'd been brainwashed by our society,we talked for a while and she agreed.LOL

Because womens breast are far more sensual and provactive. It would be dangerously distracting. Although I'm sure the original reason is based in some sort of morality. I'd be all for women going topless until some 80 year old went by with her nipples tucked in her belt.

Its because men have always had the status of , YES WE CAN over what woman can do. Its just been forced upon us that its not acceptable to show a womans breast. But I got news for everyone..we were all born naked.. get use to it.

It is because men are aroused by the site of certain female body parts; being more into the visual aspects of what a potential mate has to offer. In contrast, a woman will check out a guy's rear, not so much to check him out lustfully, but to check out the size of his wallet! (Just kidding, but making a point: men & women, in general, seek different things in mates. Chicks are impressed with big bank accounts, guys with big boobs.)
Therefore, society has deemed it "indecent" for a woman to expose her breasts--but not in all societies (not so big of a deal in Great Briton, or parts of Africa). Maybe there should be similiar laws making it "indecent" for a man to expose his array of credit cards, wad of cash, or stock portfolio.
All kidding aside, the rules of the land tend to be made by men, who like to make it the responsibility of the lovely lass not to draw them into lustfull thoughts, and their wives always go along with these laws--not wanting to have to deal with the competition.
However, if we were to routinely let women go topless, I wonder how long would it take to become numb to this, and have it no longer be considered something erotic, to view a shapely woman's exposed breast and nipple?
Actually, one of my favorite sights, is a baby nursing. It is not at all erotic to me, merely "motherhood in action". I wish this also would be acceptable to be done more publicly--lest we forget what they were put there for in the FIRST place!

I ask myself that question a lot. I think women should be allowed to wear what they want or what they don't want. Its a double standard some people might think guys would get aroused by looking at breasts, they're probably right.

I would love to see the practice of men going shirtless stopped. I don't want to see a guys nipples on tv or in public. That would make it more fair for you women too.

Why aren't you showing us your nipples on your avatar? I can tolerate anything in life but dumbness. Are you proving that you are shameless and stupid or perhaps a HOE who is desperate for attention and can't get any where she tries. Go back to your sad life. Its women like you who bring as shame.
