and although im not that keen on men in lycra ,he is a serious hotty and ive liked him for a long time and he has told me he has wanted me for a long time too.He has suggested we run away together next week.Since his wife had the triplets she has gained alot of excess baggage around her thighs and he said she doesnt make an effort anymore.So the way i see it, if she cant be bothered i may aswell take advantage.But if we run away together will i have to wear lycra too?

Good idea, steal your best friend's husband, especially good if they have young kids. That's a great way to live an emotionally healthy life.
Since I think that this whole thing is a joke anyway (hence my sarcasm above), I have one more issue. I've been a personal fitness trainer for almost 7 years and I've NEVER worn Lycra or spandex at work and I've never seen any other male trainer wear them. Usually jokes are based in at least some semblance of truth (that's why some jokes are funny and others are just stupid).

Let me guess, you two kids are going to run away and spend a wonderful time. Then he is going to ask his wife for a divorce and you two will live happily ever after. That is the stupidest thing i have ever heard. He is obviously going through some time of mid life crises and he is taken it out on the nearest piece of ***. This man is running away from his responsibilities as a husband and a father. Wow honey, he seems like a great catch. I bet you two will look awesome in Lycra.

nice mate u are, everybody gains weight after kids, especially triplets,think about it, if u had kids with this bloke, and u gain excess bagage, he might do a runner on you.
