"Yea sure" can mean a lot of things. So you should ask her and see what she meant, either yes! or no. Also if it was last year and you're still not sure it could mean nothing. Good luck

depends... have you 2 done anything lately or was it just that 1 time? because if you 2 havent done anything together in awile then its doesnt mean you are going out... it just meant that she was your valentine on that 1 day
