Candy lasts forever. It wont hurt you. I've eaten year old Halloween candy and it never affected me. Candy doesn't really spoil it kinda just starts to disintegrate and get grainy or stale tasting.

Oh goodness I hope not. I found a Reese' peanut butter chocolate bunny on top of my fridge from last Easter on Friday. I ate it in one sitting. If it had gone bad I would have been dead by now.

Nah... That stuff will keep for years so long as it's not left in the heat or questionable area.

As long as you stored them nice and dry and all wrapped up, they should still be edible for a long time to come. ;o)
