There is this girl i like very much. I dont her name but we see each other (from a distance often). Ive caught her looking at me often and this has been going on for a very long time. We always keep a distance. I dont want to scare her off. She never smiles at me but as soon as i enter her workplace she will spot me.
This is driving me crazy. What should i do?

try to make it a coincidence...ask her friends..learn her hobbies, interests. i think she would be so happy to see u somewhere she goes and that would be a good place to start something between you and her.

go up to her at her work and ask her for some help.
then ask what her name is and it should be pretty straight forward from there.
