From what I've been able to find, Konkoyo is a form of Buddhism that was introduced in 1912. (more)
Vedanta is a Hindu scripture, much older.
Web searches didn't turn up much, but I did find someone on myspace who listed a book on Konkoyo. Maybe correspond with him.
