only 1-2 days. You risk food poisoning after that. Just wrap it in aluminum foil and then in good freezer bags. Label it with the date you packaged it and freeze up to 3 months

2-4 days depending on the temperature of your fridge. If the meat is still mostly red and doesn't have an odor, it's still good.

as long as the color is good mostly red and the smell not to strong cook them right away, even if to use the meat for fajita or something else.
