I have this guy that says that he likes me so we tried going out. It didnt work because i am not the relationship type. Anyway, he tried to test me by ignoring me on New Years and his cousin was really friendly with me. And I told my ex that the only reason why i stayed till 4:30am was because his cousin and i were having a good time. Noothing happened between his cousin and i, but mainly i am asking if you feel that it makes sense for him to test me if we are just friends. also, i am 19 and him and his cousin are 18. if you have storied that you want to share than feel free. I am just confused about this situation. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

How silly he was doing that to you. You seem a lot much mature then those two gys together. Dump them both and let them drool for you.

That's not a test dear- that's just rude and unacceptable behavior.
The New Year is a time to rejoice and spend time with loved ones.

So either you commit to each other in a true and honest way or release him to find a woman that will be true to his heart.

Being 19 is no excuse- relationships at all ages need common courtesy. Think about it from both sides.

You really hurt his feels as well. So him "ignoring you" was self preservation, so he couldn't be hurt again.

Break up for good- don't "hook up/hang out" or what ever.

This is not healthy for either of you at this point.

Okay, we all test eachother, well those of us who are manipulative and cruel, or maybe it is everybody... I dunno. I do know that if you are uncomfortable being tested, don't pursue anything with this guy (or his cousin for that matter, he was too easily roped in). My girlfriends and I always joke about testing guys, but it doesn't work unless the couple is in a serious relationship. The fact that you're thinking about it though means you probably are the relationship type. You may even have feelings for this guy still...

Why are you worried about him you went out you had a good time. seems like your ex has the problem and your not responsible for his feelings and you didn't have to explain yourself. Also it doesn't sound as if your friends either friends don't test each other.

I have been tested many times, and found wanting a few of those times.
