YES! If the squash are picked young enough the skin will be tender and delicious. If your squash are more developed you may want to cut off part of the skin as it will be tougher. You can tell that your squash are over-developed if the meat is pithy, or the seeds are large and well developed, at this point don't eat them, they will not be tasty.

Yes it is fabulous! You can mix a variety of summer squash with other vegetables like broccoli and peppers add a little Italian dressing and either cook in a foil pocket in the oven or in a bowl in the microwave and it is very good and very easy and very good for you.

Yes. You can slice, batter & fry them, or bundle them up in foil with salt, pepper & onions and grill them, or slice lengthwise into a sprayed pan with a little butter, onion, salt & pepper and cook in oven until tender & brown. (30 min. or so on 350)
