You can add some more bread to absorb the water. If you do this you need to remember to adjust your seasoning accordingly or you can end up with tasteless dressing. You can also adjust the cooking time and temp. a little more heat over more time to dry out the dressing. If you choose this option put foil over the pan with slits cut in it so that the steam can escape without the top getting hard before the rest of it is done. You can also do a combination of the two.

Either drain off some of the water if you can, or add more bread or crumbled crackers.
