Never heard of such a thing. Most allergies are to substances which can bind to immunoglobulins, and nothing binds to nitrous oxide.
You can get hypoxic (not enough oxygen) with nitrous oxide. If you breathe pure nitrous, you get no oxygen, and that's bad. If you have nitrous in your system, it comes out of the blood into the lungs very quickly and can dilute the oxygen in the air you are breathing.

love the answers some people put up.. plain and simple, people can be allergic to ANYTHING.
my 4 year son was recently injured and taken to the local hospital for treatment by his mother. whilst there they gave him NO2 (Nitrous Oxide) as an anesthetic and he had a severe allergic reaction to it causing anaphylaxis and nearly killing him.. all could have been prevented if his mother got off her ego trip and actually made an effort to consult me on the matter. both myself and my father are also allergic to NO2.

You can have an allergic reaction to almost anything.
Perhaps whatever you are huffing out of is not clean and you ingested some dirt and mold ?
Clean with rubbing alcohol and let dry well.
Gotta keep things clean.

No. However, it can cause your skin to become itchy as it wears off. But it's only temporary until your cells become fully oxygenated again.
