I am trying to have a wedding reception for as cheap as possible but I still would like it to be elegant as possible. I have found three reception halls that have decent prices. Just wondering if anyone can provide any information on the three I have boiled it down to.

It's never a good idea to ask others opinions on things like this. Their idea of a terrific venue might be horrible to you. Check with the Better Business Bureau and then visit the venues when they are having other sorts of public events like holiday parties.
