nite could i be deficient in something

Well! Man usually gets this complication normally during walking, so this is for sure does not refer to any deficiencies, especially if u really walk too much daily. So to get rid of that, u'd better warm them up be a fire or heater etc. so blood can get access to the cramped area and fade the pain out.

Could be a potassium deficiency. and there is nothing scientific about this but, try putting a bar of soap under the bottom sheet on your bed. This has helped hundreds of people.

Anything is worth a try.
