If you cant produce an explanation to the following dont just remove the question; it weak.

The Quran
Sura 33:40 Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets (rests upon him): and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

The Hadith

(Bukhari vol. 1 no. 189; vol. no. 741)

Narrated As-Sa'ib Yazid:..."I stood behind him (i.e. Allah's apostle) and saw the seal of Prophethood between his shoulders and it was like the "zir-al-Hijla" (The size of a button or partridge egg)

(Muslim vol. IV, no. 5790-5793)(Chapter CMLXXIX)

Abdullah B. Sarjis reported: "I saw Allah's apostle and ate with him bread and meat....I then went after him and saw the seal of prophethood between his shoulders on the left side of his shoulder having spots on it like moles."

Sir, EVERY Prophet of God had miracles (divine signs), and those miracles were what distinguished them from you and me and the rest. As for the mole that you asked about, here's a detailed explanation for it:
According to the Hadiths and Muslim theologians, the “seal of prophethood”, the thing that proved that Muhammad was a prophet, was an unusually large mole! Robert Morey explains:
“The pagan Arabs looked for certain physical defects on the body as a sign of prophethood. They believed that a “seal” of prophethood would be found on the body of a shaman or prophet. This “seal” was a large hairy mole on the back of the shaman just below the neck.
Just like a lump of wax seals a letter, the gods would place a lump of flesh on the back of someone called to be a shaman. What the pagan Arabs wanted to know was whether or not Muhammad had a large hairy mole on his back" (from the "lightshinesindarkness" webite listed below).

Ok, so now after having read that (hopefully), you would understand that the "mole" was a sign for the Arab PAGANS to believe in his prophethood because the mole was what they wanted to see on a prophet.

There were actual miracles (signs) that proved to the people that he was a prophet, friend. Those miracles include but are not limited to:
Splitting of the Moon, Food Multiplication, Water Multiplication, Supplication for Rain, Lights to guide Companions, Crying of the stem of the Date-palm Tree, Glorification of Allah by the Prophet's meals, The explusion of a liar's corpse by the Earth
The Speech of the Wolf, The Prophet's Night Journey to Jerusalem and Ascent to the Heavens ...
Details can be found on them on many different (Islamic) websites.

Don't believe those miracles (signs) mentioned above? No need to! These were just some of the SIGNS of his prophethood for those who refused to accept him as a prophet.

God bless you, and I pray you have a peaceful and blessed new year.

If they say all previous scripture is corrupt and a prophet can not announce himself perhaps the mole is the best evidence they have.
