ZULU time = GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), which is the "0" time zone (England, Portugal, etc.)
To convert to your own time you need to know the time difference between your time zone and the "0" zone.

Zulu (also known as Greenwich Mean Time) is the current time in Greenwich, England. About 300 years ago, Greenwich was the center of scientific learning in the West, so it was the time against which longitude (I believe) was measured using a timepiece, so that ships could know how far out they were.

You have a computer, and if it's Windows:
1. Double-click the time in the lower-right corner
2. Click the Time Zone tab on the window that opens up.
3. Using the arrow to the right of your time zone, scroll downward to find GMT, Lisbon, Monrovia, Greenwich, London, Casablanca, etc. Your time zone will have a certain number + or - GMT. Add or subtract accordingly.

In my case, I am -6 GMT, so as I answer this, it's almost 11 pm there because it's almost 5 pm where I am.
