During the day separate her from the other cats and give her her own climber - litter box food dish, etc in a separate room - make sure the others don't use these items. When you leave put her in that room with some nice soothing music and close the door. Make sure there are plenty of her toys and a bit of catnip. When you come home go to her first and cuddle and show lots of attention. She should stop chewing and licking her fur off in a few days then after a few months see how she interacts with the others but keep her stuff separate if she can't deal this could be a permanent arrangement - some animals just can't be with others and if you can't keep her separate maybe see if a friend can adopt her and not have any other pets. Good Luck!

I presume the vet checked for fleas. where have you put the air freshener the best place seems to be near where the cat sleep and spends most of their time. the air freshener only lasts so many months and takes a while to kick in do you need a new one? their is a spray form of this which has a more immediate affect. Has the cat who gets picked on got her own space she needs to have somewhere that she knows she will be safe from bullying. You could take her back to the vets and ask them to take a skin swab to check if she has a skin problem that might be irritating her.

A cat licking or biting her fur off has a flea allergy. Get that flea product you just put in their food and within a week or so she will calm down and the hair will grow back

Back to the vet! Insist they take you seriously and be honest with you - maybe your cat is stressed and unhappy and would like a diferent home?

How about a collar like vets give you after your pet has surgery -- that should keep her from licking!

could also be a food allergy. about 75 percent of animals have them. did you change her food recently? i would reccomend a food thats low in grains or even grain free. innova evo or natures variety has some decent grain free foods.
