will using hair gel everyday damage my hair?

no, i dont think so, but just from personal experience your hair will get a little sticky or gunky if you dont wash it reaaalllyyy well. if you do want to use hair gel every day, i would reccomend degunkify shampoo conditioner duo by herbal essences.

I heard somewhere that using too much hair gel can actually dry you hair out and make it frizzy, but I think if you wash it out everyday, it wont damage your hair, only leave it a little greasy

Yes it will. Depending on what kind of gel you are using. Most gels have alcohol in it and it can dry the hair out and make it break

examine the climate on your product. If it has alcohol in it, which maximum hairsprays and gels have, it incredibly is going to dry your hair out and could reason breakage (fantastically in case you lightened your hair). Use moisturizing shampoos and deep conditioning remedies. sit down under the dryer with the therapy and a plastic cap for 15 min. in case you have not got a hooded dryer sit down with conditioner and plastic cap on your hair for 30 min.

if your gel has alcohol it can dry your hair out.

it may just make your hair a bit greasy.
so just make you wah your hair on a daily basis. like once every other day at least.
